We use Belles Lettres forum in the following merely as an illustrative example.
The steps are the same, for any subject forum.

Enter Belle Lettre

scroll down a bit (until Log in - Create Account)

Create Account (then go back and log in as above)

Logged in (notice the user name)

Compose message, click on button "Insert Object"

Head over to page 2 and see how to use the "Insert Object" option.
